NPYW’s aim is to serve all bodies of every age, experience level, physical ability. Our goal is to effectively benefit and empower practitioners to feel and be their best selves by providing regular, consistent hatha yoga (asana) and meditation practice. All classes are taught mindfully to best serve the students in the room.
New to Yoga? Please arrive 15 minutes before class start time. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we have mats to rent for $1. Phones should be left in your car or silenced. See you on the mat!
