North Port Yoga + Wellness

North Port Yoga + Wellness aims to serve all bodies of every age, experience level, physical ability.
Our goal is to effectively benefit and empower practitioners to feel and be their best selves by providing regular, consistent hatha yoga (asana) and meditation practice. All classes are taught mindfully to best serve the students in the room.

Matt Loflin, LMT, CNMT will be hosting mini massage therapy and pranic healing sessions by donation throughout the day.
Svetlana "Lana" Parquette will be hosting mini massage therapy, Reiki and MPS therapy sessions, by request.
